A few words about the system ...
MINICAFM is an online facility management software that is based on a modular database system. It is suitable for property managers, facility managers, financial institutions, local councils as well as the handling of documents in case of small or medium-sized enterprises. It is also recommended for the maintenance of properties, the management of error reports, internal communication (such as news bulletins and forums), recording utility metres, handling recurring tasks, registering stocks, processing orders, managing orders and the individual recording of daily operations. The easy-to-use and customer-friendly surface was of a great importance when developing the system, which is optimised for PCs as well as smart phones using fast and efficient administrative processes.
The authorisation system allows users to set managers for various areas (such as administrators, operators, middle management, facility managers, higher management and project managers).
The first version of our facility management application was completed in 2011 and it has been developed continuously ever since reflecting the requirements of our partners. Our previous software, SMARTMASTER was renamed to MINICAFM in November 2017. This new name reflects our online facility management services even better (CAFM - Computer Aided Facility Management). A great advantage of our application is its highly-integrated nature that facilitates the operation of units that may be located far from one another. The registered data in the different modules are saved to databases which guarantee fast registration and queries whereas the shared core data reduce administration time. The application offers 7 business and 6 core data modules (users, partners, locations, service providers, properties and equipment). MINICAFM is offered on a rental basis to our customers. This system means that the enormous costs of server purchase and maintenance as well as the cost of special software and licenses are spared. Our service rates include the use of the software and all server capacity required to run the programme.
